Comfortable apartments with a touch of history
The Neo-Renaissance house in Opletalova Street was built in line with the designs of Viktor Skuček in 1879. Today it belongs to the Prague Monument Zone, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. The terraced house with a richly decorated façade consists of the main two-aisle wing and the courtyard. The single-aisle courtyard wing is accessible through a passage divided by profiled pilasters and breathtaking arches.
The galleries, which serve as balconies or terraces, also breathe history. The addition of galleries is part of a sensitive reconstruction of the house, which was prepared by PSN in cooperation with C.H.S. Prague and the architectural studio OOOOX.
Living with the soul
Modern apartments in Prague 1 were carefully designed for comfortable living. They use the historical heritage of a Neo-Renaissance building, stucco decoration, authentic craftsmanship or the height of the ceilings, which adds airiness to the space.
The Opletalova Residential House combines the charm of history with the youthful concept of the interiors of the OOOOX Studio. It offers original apartments in Prague 1 with technical equipment at the top level of the 21st century.
