A place of extraordinary stories

in line with the design of architect Václav Foltýn. It originally served as a bakery. As early as in the 1930s, the house offered a unique place to live in Prague 3, but leather goods were also produced here. At the same time, Josef and František Klouda left their building imprint on the house.

Now the magnificent apartment building on the corner of Tchaikovsky street and Bořivojova streets where Vlasta Burian himself lived at one time, is coming to life again. As the U Prokopa Residential House (Rezidence U Prokopa), the original architectural legacy also reflects the genius loci of the distinctive Žižkov district of Prague. It refers to St.Procopius, the spiritual protector of the Czech lands.
