Instead of extraordinary stories
In 1907, František Štorkan had an Art Nouveau corner house built according to the design of architect Václav Foltýn. It originally served as a bakery. Already in the 1930s, the house offered unique living in Prague 3, but leather goods were also produced here. At the same time, Josef and František Klouda left their building imprint on the house.
Now the magnificent apartment building on the corner of Tchaikovsky and Bořivojova, the street where Vlasta Burian himself lived at one time, is coming to life again. As Rezidence U Prokopa, the original architectural legacy also reflects the genius loci of the distinctive Žižkov district of Prague. He refers to St. Procopius, the spiritual protector of the Czech lands.
Everything you need to live
Modern residential housing U Prokopa offers all civic amenities and numerous opportunities for relaxation, sports, entertainment or cultural activities. It is located next to the National House, the cultural heart of Žižkov, within easy reach of the Acropolis Palace. Žižkov, called Prague's Montmartre, with its authentic atmosphere of bohemian life and a specific architectural concept, hides many real gems. Residence U Prokopa is one of them.
