A remarkable corner house was built in 1900 in the close vicinity of the Academy of Fine Arts and the entry to the Stromovka Park. We completely reconstructed the house after the purchase, adding the attractive loft conversion. The U Akademie Street is interesting due to the fact that the apartment houses are situated along its southern side only while the northern side faces the Stromovka Park. As a result, the house offers its residents a magnificent view of majestic tree tops.
